Marina is the founder of the International Coaching Conference Macedonia and a pioneer of systemic coaching and NLP in Southeast Europe. As the founder of the first internationally accredited Center for Business Psychology and Systemic NLP in Macedonia, she has spent nearly two decades empowering leaders, teams, and organizations through transformational coaching, leadership development, and systemic thinking.
Known for her holistic approach to transformation, Marina integrates mindset, emotions, body awareness, and systemic dynamics into her work. She strongly emphasizes the importance of the somatic approach in coaching and leadership development, helping individuals create deeper self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable change.
With nearly 20 years of experience in coaching, education, and personal development, her mission is to elevate professional coaching and create meaningful impact through both personal and organizational growth.
In 2023, she founded the region’s first internationally accredited Systemic Coaching Academy, continuing her vision of raising coaching standards and developing future leaders. As an accredited Systemic Master Trainer and Coach, published author, and corporate team coach, Marina combines deep psychological expertise with real-world business experience to inspire sustainable transformation in both people and organizations.
