An interactive drop-in experience where guests explore and shift their internal state in
real time. Using HRV biofeedback, participants observe live changes in heart–brain coherence as they are guided through practical techniques including box breathing, physiological sigh, and body scanning. Alongside this, AuraCloud visualisation provides a real-time, personalised representation of an individual’s energy (aura), reflecting emotional state, stress levels, and overall balance. The system also offers insight into personality tendencies and the alignment of energy centres (commonly referred to as chakra balance), creating a visual and intuitive layer of self-awareness.
The experience demonstrates how quickly internal state can shift, and how it directly impacts thinking, communication, and performance.
