WHY THIS CONFERENCE EXIST
Everything began with an idea of coaching conference more than a decade ago. The intention was to elevate coaching to the highest level. To show that it is valuable, necessary, and meaningful for real transformation and deeper growth.
The first conference became reality in 2024. Today, it continues to grow, expand, and strengthen its impact.
This conference is not only for those who work as coaches. Even a coach needs a coach.
It is for all of us who guide processes and people: HR professionals, leaders, team managers, trainers, and anyone who leads a family, a project, a team, or even our own life.
Coaching carries a collective mission. It supports individuals, organizations, and communities.
It helps us navigate change with awareness, responsibility, and clarity.

IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SEATS?
Yes. The conference is designed to preserve quality interaction and experiential depth.
Seats are limited, and early registration is strongly recommended.
IN WHICH LANGUAGE WILL THE CONFERENCE BE HELD?
The conference language is English. No translation services will be available.
CAN I CHANGE MY SELECTED WORKSHOP?
No. Once a workshop is selected and confirmed, changes are not possible.
CAN THE TICKET BE PAID VIA INVOICE?
Yes. By selecting the invoice payment option through the “Buy Ticket” button, an invoice will be
generated automatically.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person if the organizer is notified by email at least 48 hours prior to the event.
WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AFTER REGISTRATION?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of your registration.
On-site parking:
Free outdoor parking is available in front of the hotel for hotel guests.
Alternative parking option:
Sport Center “Boris Trajkovski” is located just a three-minute walk from the venue and offers extensive parking capacity.
